Alessi Family Care (AFC) was founded in 1999 by Albert Alessi, D.O. and Patricia Alessi, D.O. with the vision of designing a medical practice that treats every patient thoroughly. Our highly trained staff works with each patient to provide effective treatment and create a comfortable environment for all family members. Over the years, we have established a resounding reputation for delivering quality care and welcoming patients with open arms.

Dr. Albert G. Alessi, D.O.

Dr. Albert Alessi graduated from Nova Southeastern University college of Osteopathic Medicine and then completed a three year residency in family practice at Suncoast Hospital. This education focused on all the essentials of primary care but also incorporated a holistic approach to healing patients. When Dr. Albert Alessi met Dr. Patricia Alessi in medical school, they both shared similar ambitions and worked tirelessly to make their dreams a reality. They founded AFC in Bonita Springs with the intentions of helping people live healthier and happier lives, and now continue to promote ongoing wellness through Bonita Concierge Medicine.

Dr. Patricia A. Alessi, D.O.

Dr. Patricia Alessi graduated from Nova Southeastern University college of Osteopathic Medicine where she met Albert and envisioned a practice that values patient lifestyle. After developing the AFC facility and being blessed with four beautiful daughters, Patricia and Albert collaborated to emphasize a trusting physician-patient relationship within the community. Currently, they are committed to their patients through Bonita Concierge Medicine and strive to make a difference every day.

Erin Brouillard, PA

Erin Brouillard received her Physician Assistant’s certificate at Methodist University and upholds the same beliefs concerning unique, individualized medical treatment. By using her knowledge of anatomy and her experience as an athlete, she advocates healthy patient lifestyles at AFC. As a proactive member of the team, she stresses efficient patient communication and sees the entire AFC community as a big family.
